As of April 2005 it became law that in a domestic dwelling, you can only install SEDBUK "B" rated and above Central heating boilers.
The only way to meet this requirement is to install a "Condensing Boiler"
Condensing boilers have been on the market for quite few years now and have also come down in price. Condensing boilers are more efficient than standard boilers and will save you money on your annual heating bill.
We are qualified in energy efficiency and therefore can install, service and repair gas condensing boilers.
