This is a hot water cylinder that is usually made of stainless steel and guaranteed upto 25 years for corrosion.
With this type of hot water system you can run showers with body jets, as the typical domestic hot water flow rate is 18litres /min. As a guide most combination boilers give between 9 and 13 litres/min and won't run alot of the showers with extra body jets.
Solar Panels can be used to heat un vented cylinders along side a system boiler.
They come pre insulated and loss very little heat once up to temp. This is crucial to heating them with solar panels as you don't want to be wasting any heat.
We are qualified to fit unvented hot water systems and also maintain them.
